Branzino is a white fish commonly found in the Mediterranean sea and finds its way to all of our favorite seafood restaurants. Besides the fact that Branzino tastes amazing, it also has some health benefits. The fish is high in omega-3 fatty acids and fish oil (Covington, 2020). Fish oil is one of the most commonly used dietary supplements as it contains Omega-3 fatty acids (Robertson, 2018). Omega-3 fatty acids can help improve eye health, brain health, and risk factors for heart disease (Hjalmarsdottir, 2018).

Ingredients:

  • 2 full Branzino

  • 3 gallons of peanut oil

  • 1 cup of pearl onions

 Instructions:

  1. Add 3 gallons of peanut oil to a deep fryer, or place the fish in an air-fryer at 400°F from about 10 minutes on each side.

  2. Heat up the oil for 45 minutes before adding the fish.

  3. Add the fish and the pearl onions into the deep fryer for about 5-7 minutes.
